About the Course
Good sleep with nasal breathing is essential for the development of our children. Children should sleep 10-12 hours at primary school age and they grow a lot during sleep. It is fatal if they breathe through their mouths all the time.
But how can a mouth breather become a nose breather in the long term?
How can I ensure that nasal breathing is increasingly automated during the day and at night?
The jaws also only grow properly when the tongue is in contact with the palate (as a growth motor for the upper jaw) and this is also only possible with lip closure and nasal breathing.
In these training sessions, your children (and maybe you too?) will learn how to sleep deeper, calmer and healthier at night with their mouths closed.
There is an exercise control sheet for each training program, which can be downloaded from the download area and should be completed daily. It helps to assess what has been achieved at the end of each training program and thus to choose the right medal for success. We try to motivate your child with medals to be achieved, i.e. you can achieve a gold, silver or bronze medal every week, print it out and stick it in.
